Urban Share was founded in 2005 to focus on the specific needs of the flat-sharing market in London. Today it has over 70 flat-shares under management and in excess of 250 tenants.

By providing tenants with consistently high service levels and a professional yet friendly approach, we are fast becoming recognised as the provider of choice for flat-sharers in London.

The large majority of our properties are owned by an investment fund managed by our parent company Klin Property Ltd. Because of the success of our flat-sharing business, together with the opportunity presented by the current economic climate, we are launching a new larger fund that will provide us with a further 50 flat-shares in 2010.
