Urban Share is different from other companies that let and manage properties because, as the landlord of the gross majority of properties under its management, it offers tenants one point of contact - its Flat Share Management team - who deal with and advise tenants directly on everything from inventories, contract terms and rent payments to maintenance work, their flatmates and even on the best local restaurants in their area. Urban Share's direct approach removes the middle men (estate agents managing properties), allowing its tenants to benefit from a highly responsive and accountable management team.
