The large majority of the properties under Urban Share's management are owned by an investment fund run by our parent company Klin Property Ltd. Because of the success of our flat-sharing business, together with the opportunity presented by the current economic climate, we are launching a new larger fund that will provide us with a further 50 flat-shares in 2009.
