"As a student, it was a challenge finding the right accommodation that suited to my needs AND within budget, especially in Zones 1 & 2. When University halls became full, I was left with my only option which was to rent else where. Lucky for me, I came across Urban Share whilst searching through TONS (not exagerrating) of rooms online. I was able to rent a room in a property that had all mod-cons, and looked almost brand new! Great thing for me was that the property was near all local conveniences i.e. transport, shops etc.
The people I shared the property with were all friendly & welcoming, Urban Share are always on hand to help if anything goes wrong. Only a phone call away for assistence. Most importantly, they are all very friendly & patient, great for people who had a fair share of bad landlords. My overall experience has been very good.
